At least two PKK militants ‘neutralized’ in Turkey’s southeast

At least two militants of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) were “neutralized” in the southeastern Mardin province, the Turkish military said in a statement on May 10.

Turkish authorities often use the word “neutralized” in their statements to imply that the terrorists in question either surrendered or were killed or captured.

According to the statement, the terrorists were “neutralized” during counter-terror operations in Mardin’s Nusaybin district on May 10.
