The Turkish military killed three militants from the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) when the two sides clashed in northern Iraq near the Turkey-Iraq border, Reuters reported Sept. 29. One Turkish soldier was killed and four were wounded in the clash, which occurred in the Dohuk region of Iraq.
