Hosting Thanksgiving is just about the most noble thing you can do this time of year. But who’s got the time and space to pull an entire turkey dinner out of their oven?

Leave the cooking to the professionals by ordering your holiday spread from these restaurants and markets around New York City.

The hardest part will be picking up your meal (though some can be delivered!) and perfecting your poker face while telling your guests the mashed potatoes were your great-grandmother’s recipe.

Blue Smoke

Cookout season doesn’t have to be over with a barbecue-style Thanksgiving from Blue Smoke. They’ve got packages for parties of four ($100), six ($175) and 10 ($225) with smoked turkey, gravy, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry chutney, Blue Smoke biscuits and a choice of Key lime, pumpkin or pecan pies. Order by Nov. 22 at 6 p.m. from either the Flatiron (212-447-7733) or Battery Park City location (212-889-2005) for pickup from Nov. 15 through Thanksgiving at noon.

City Acres Market

Downtown’s newest food hall and its big brother in Williamsburg City Acres Market are cooking up Classic Holiday Turkey Dinners for $229 (8-10) or $359 (10-14) that include a cooked turkey, gravy, cranberry relish, butternut squash soup or corn chowder, vegetable or meat stuffing, steamed or grilled vegetables, mashed Idaho or sweet potatoes and choice of apple, pecan or pumpkin pie. All of the sides are also available individually, plus lemon-roasted potatoes, rainbow quinoa and candied yams are available in small (8) or large (15) servings. 11 Broadway, Brooklyn, 347-987-3740,  70 Pine St., Lower Manhattan, 917-261-4530, catering@cityacresmarket.com

The 12-14 pound turkey is roasted with spices and herb butter, plus steamed veggies, mashed or sweet potatoes, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and your choice of pie. For the healthy option, you get turkey breast, cranberry, baked yams, cranberry sauce, butternut squash with kale and, because this is supposed to be a holiday after all, your choice of pie. Free delivery within 10 blocks, wmarketnyc.com
